Audit & Accounts Senior Manager
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

OverviewThis is a senior role within the audit and accounts team, focusing on managing large and complex assignments, delivering high-quality technical work, and leading the development of others while fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities- Oversee large and complex audit and accounts assignments
- Review and sign off technical work
- Support managers and develop the wider team
- Build trusted client relationships and offer strategic advice
- Work closely with partners on firm growth and planning
- ACA/ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience
- Expertise in both audit and accounts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102
- A team player with a strategic mindset
