Parts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to lead the parts department at a reputable dealership located in Redhill. Duties of the Parts Manager:

Manage and oversee all daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency
Control stock levels, optimise stock utilisation, and oversee stock planning and administration as the Parts Manager
Drive sales of parts, accessories, and value-added products to maximise departmental profitability
Monitor and manage departmental budgets, controlling costs and improving financial performance
Lead, motivate, and develop the team through coaching, training, and performance management
Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, health and safety standards, and company policies
Build and nurture relationships with trade account customers; explore new business opportunities
Ensure accurate administration, including warranty processing, stock checks, and supplier relationships

Requirements of the Parts Manager:

Proven experience within a Parts or Aftersales role in the motor trade
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to oversee a busy department
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Good commercial awareness and numerical literacy
Effective communication and customer service skills
Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel as required
Knowledge of relevant vehicle and trade legislation is desirable
