Monday to Thursday 08:30–16:30, Friday 08:30–16:00.

Job Description
  • Support day‑to‑day production activities, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvement plans
  • Lead Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews to optimise product build processes
  • Analyse downtime, identify root causes and implement improvements to increase quality, efficiency and productivity
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensure smooth transition into production
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support quality assurance activities and investigate manufacturing failures and non‑conformances
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles including 5S, Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools
