Salary: £20.00 – £24.00 per hour (Dependent on experience) + Overtime

Shift: 4-Day Week (Monday to Thursday)

A well-established, high-precision engineering specialist in Redhill is expanding. We supply critical, small-batch components to the global aerospace, scientific, and medical sectors.

We have just invested in a brand-new Mill/Turn machine. We are offering full cross-training for a skilled CNC Miller or Turner to step up and master this advanced machinery.

As a CNC Mill/Turn Setter & Operator, you will work in a high-tech environment producing low-volume, complex components.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Setting and operating our new Mill/Turn machine using Fanuc controls.
• Machining small-batch components from engineering drawings.
• Working to exceptionally tight tolerances for high-integrity industries.
• Conducting first-off inspections to guarantee strict quality standards.

• Strong background in setting and operating CNC Milling or Turning machines.
• Proven experience using Fanuc control systems.
• Ability to comfortably read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Proven track record of machining to tight tolerances.
• A collaborative team player with a passion for precision engineering.
