The Role:As Marketing Manager, you'll develop the brand and Own Label products, creating strategies to grow market share and enhance brand reputation. You'll have ownership of the branded products, which constitute 10% of sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
- Develop marketing platforms, including social media
- Create and implement brand strategies and positioning
- Analyze marketing effectiveness and sales performance
- Collaborate with Commercial, Insights, and Technical teams
- Maintain and update the company website
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- 2.1 or above in a relevant business or marketing degree
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Passion for the food industry
Offer:
£40,000 to £70,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus other benefits.
