WTW is seeking a Senior Pensions Complaints Administrator in Redhill with hybrid working. You will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager on QA assessments, monthly audits, and complaints reports, and contribute to driving improvements in the service provided to members.
Role builds on pension administration experience, including Retirement, Transfers and Deaths, with a focus on applying pensions legislation, and delivering accurate, timely responses to members.
