Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day management and operations of our property portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, strong landlord and tenant relationships, and high property performance.

• Manage daily operations across multiple properties
• Develop and implement property management policies, procedures, and plans
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and cleanliness standards
• Handle tenant enquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate lease renewals
• Organise and oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and high‑quality completion
• Monitor rental income, expenses, and budgets to meet financial targets
• Stay informed on local market trends, rental values, and regulatory changes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience using property management software (e.g., PMX)
• Strong data entry accuracy and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail in managing leases, financial records, and documentation
• Knowledge of property management administrative processes

• Property Management: 1 year (required)
• Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
• Driving Licence: Preferred
