What

you'll be doing

You will:

  • Carry out regular estate inspections, addressing minor issues and ensuring communal areas are safe, clean, and well maintained
  • Undertake basic maintenance and inspections of communal areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards and escalating complex repairs
  • Support the management of anti-social behaviour and environmental nuisance issues, including fly tipping and evidence gathering
  • Maintain a visible presence on estates, addressing concerns, supporting residents, and reporting safety or environmental issues
  • Engage with residents and support community initiatives, encouraging involvement and signposting to relevant services
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to report issues, coordinate actions, and support effective service delivery
