See Ability in Redhill is seeking a Male Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism and sight loss live fuller, more independent lives. This is a physical, hands‑on role with 37.5 hours per week, a permanent contract and a supportive, values‑led team.
You’ll provide daily routines support, participate in activities, keep accurate records and build trusting relationships. Salary £13.70 per hour (£26,715 per year) with benefits.
