Warehouse Operative

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00

We are currently recruiting for Yard Operatives to support a busy operation in Redhill, Surrey. This role is with a well-established company operating within the alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverage industry. This is a fast‑paced environment, and candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work, including heavy lifting as part of daily duties.

• Handling, loading, and unloading beverage products
• Moving stock across the warehouse efficiently and safely
• Assisting with goods‑in and goods‑out processes
• Following all health and safety procedures on site
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required
• Undertaking heavy lifting throughout the shift

Successful candidates will receive initial training via a PowerPoint presentation (PPT) before starting on site.

• A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check - clean record required
• Willingness to undergo a drug and alcohol test on site
• Ability to work full‑time hours for the duration of the assignment
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks in a warehouse setting
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Due to the nature of the products handled, strict compliance with site policies, including testing procedures, is essential.
