This is a full-time on-site/remote Tax Preparer role in Redlands, CA. The Tax Preparer will be responsible for preparing accurate tax returns, reviewing and analyzing financial statements, staying informed about current tax laws and regulations, and, importantly, having knowledge of California. Daily tasks include reviewing client financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing expert advice on tax planning and strategies.
This role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications- Experience in Tax Preparation and knowledge of Tax Law, California knowledge required
- Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and understanding Finance-related concepts
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certification such as Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus
- Experience working with tax preparation software, Pro Connect is preferred
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
