Hourly pay range: $23.00 min.
- $27.13 max.
This position works to continually improve services and support all administrative functions as defined. Responsibilities include but are not limited to timekeeping, work order processing, record keeping, and invoice processing. Responsibilities also include ensuring that telephone and computer service requests are dispatched efficiently, effectively, and with the customer in mind. Handles requests related to security, lost and found, patient requests as appropriate, and biomedical services.
Administrative support includes record keeping, typing, and filing. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/
EXPERIENCE:
1. High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience preferred.
2. One to two years of formal training and/or secretarial experience beyond high school preferred.
3. Experience working with Microsoft Office and Meditech, Word desired.
4. Experience in the food service, engineering and/or environmental services industries preferred.
5. Working knowledge of medical terminology desired.
6. Bilingual in the Spanish language preferred.
