Our client is a well-established construction firm located in Redlands, CA. For over 15 years they have been a leader in the furnishing and installation of commercial doors, frames, and hardware throughout Southern California. Their services include procurement, design-build, modernizations, and new construction, primarily in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Coachella Valley, and the Inland Empire.

• Knowledge of the door/frame/hardware industry
• Customer and vendor communication
• Assist in ensuring projects are built correctly according to plans
• Manage project schedules and forecasting
• Create and implement submittals, RFIs, and PCOs
• Support day-to-day construction management operations
• Track job budgets for material and labor
• Work as a team-oriented, self‑motivated individual

• 3+ years of experience handling commercial door projects
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Public works experience
• Familiarity with submittal packages, RFIs, and PCOs
• Experience ordering hollow metal frames, doors, wood doors, and hardware
• Ability to keep track of job budgets for material and labor
