Operations Support Specialist, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

The Operations Support Specialist role is to keep daily operations running with accuracy, speed, and service excellence. In this role, you’ll provide end-to-end support across logistics functions—tracking freight, supporting customers, maintaining safety compliance, and validating critical data. You’ll be the link between internal teams, carriers, and 3PL partners, ensuring shipments move seamlessly and customers get the service they expect.

• Manage shipment tracking through ADS systems, resolving discrepancies and providing real-time updates

• Deliver responsive customer service for furniture and 3PL operations
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and keep communication flowing between stakeholders

• Validate operational data for accuracy across multiple systems
• Process Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and research delivery disputes

• Monitor on-time performance (OTP) metrics
• Generate reports, highlight trends, and identify opportunities for improvement

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation support roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in logistics systems, data validation, and reporting tools
• Detail‑driven with a focus on accuracy and follow‑through
