  Assist with CALPADS reporting and processing records requests while maintaining confidentiality
• Uphold adherence to FERPA and school policies in all enrollment activities

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in data entry and student information systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in compliance with FERPA regulations
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with families and staff
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse educational environment

• Previous experience in a charter school or educational setting
• Familiarity with CALPADS reporting processes
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to student enrollment
• Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse families
