Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing digital marketing initiatives to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across multiple channels. This role will manage online content, paid media, email campaigns, and analytics to drive measurable ROI.

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, display, retargeting).
• Manage and grow company social media platforms (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, etc.).
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and reporting.
• Create, edit, and publish digital content (blog posts, product videos, graphics) aligned with brand voice.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, etc.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies placement and optimization.
• Partner with product and sales teams to create digital support for retailer programs.
• Monitor competitors’ digital presence and emerging digital marketing trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Hub Spot).
• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
