- Prior experience in a plant supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with private fleet management/transportation
- Strong customer focus and people management capabilities
- Demonstrated success in employee relations and cross‑functional collaboration
- Experience managing safety performance and programs
- Experience in food manufacturing
- Understanding of supply chain practices, metrics, and data analysis
- Familiarity with Lean Thinking concepts and practices (5S preferred)
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
