Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry 3200. Nights, 12-hour Full-Time.
Location:
Redlands, CA 92373. Pay Range: $48.51–$76.93.
- Report to the Nurse Manager and perform professional nursing duties in accordance with scope of practice and professional standards, including demonstrating the knowledge to use and/or lead the scope of practice, professional standards and accreditation/regulatory standards, and the scope of practice for LVN and other nursing personnel (e.g., unlicensed assistive personnel).
- Demonstrate the ability to assess professional role performance, current knowledge of theory and principles related to discipline-specific practice, and apply a population-based approach to determine patient needs.

Education/Training/Experience: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program required. Experience and/or training in leadership preferred if acting as charge nurse.
Certifications/Licenses: Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of California. Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification required. Current ACLS (American Heart Association) required within 3 months of hire (ACLS required within 6 months for new graduate RNs). Current NIHSS certificate required within 6 months of hire. Successful passing of RCH basic arrhythmia course within 6 months of hire for a new grad RN and new to specialty.
