Anesthesia Tech​/LVN

Reporting to the Director of Nursing/OR, this position performs avariety of technical duties to assist the Anesthesiologist in stocking anesthesia medications, setting up anesthesia supplies and equipment, and in operating the Cell-saver. This position also assists in maintenance of anesthesia equipment and supplies and participates in the daily activities ofthe department as an active team member. The Licensed Vocational Nurse isa care giver who assumes responsibility for a group of patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse and provides care to patients via therapeutic use of self.

• Anesthesia Tech certification preferred,
• CPR required (American Heart Association only)
• Current California LVN license required.
• IV certification, as evidenced on primary source verification of LVN license required.
