Compassionate RN: Patient-Centered Care & Plans

Highland Care Center of Redlands is seeking a registered nurse to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in an 80-bed facility. The role operates under federal, state, and local standards and reports to supervisors.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, administering medications, wound care, charting progress, and collaborating with physicians. A valid CA RN license and CPR/BLS are required;
English proficiency and SNF experience are preferred; on-site with possible on-call
