Roadside Brush cutting & Mowing Team Member - Redlands

About the Role

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for working alongside a team to maintain and enhance roadsides across our various council‑controlled contracts within Redlands.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

• Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
• Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
• Complete service requests as required
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

• Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish

• Previous experience in roadside zero‑turn mowing and brush cutting
• Valid Manual Driver’s Licence
• White Card
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
• Be punctual and reliable
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
