As a Promotional Sales Associate, you’ll serve as the critical bridge between customer interest and seamless service activation for Frontier’s cutting-edge connectivity solutions. Our immersive training certifies you as a Client Enrollment Trainee expert, mastering product knowledge, consultative selling, and precision enrollment protocols. You’ll identify customer needs, tailor solutions, and ensure a smooth, confident transition to Frontier’s services.
Essential Functions of the Promotional Sales Associate Role:
- Serve as the primary sales and enrollment representative for Verizon, engaging residential customers through direct outreach in designated communities.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Verizon's product offerings, including internet, wireless, voice, and entertainment services.
- Conduct personalized needs assessments and recommend tailored Verizon solutions based on individual customer requirements.
- Present Verizon services clearly and persuasively to drive interest and close sales.
- Manage the full sales and enrollment process, from collecting customer information to processing applications and securing signatures.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions and enrollment details, following company policies and Verizon guidelines.
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism while supporting them throughout the onboarding process, including account setup.
- Track customer interactions and sales in CRM, exceed sales goals, and foster teamwork and a positive culture.
