Warehouse Worker $18hr Job Description

The role involves unloading trucks with boxes of medical supplies weighing up to 20-30 pounds. The warehouse is small, necessitating versatility in handling various tasks. Daily duties include unloading new orders from truck deliveries, scanning products via RF scanner, and entering data into the ERP system for inventory tracking.

• Handle RMA, reconciling implant banks versus cycle counts with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Update QAD inventory records, ensuring data entry is accurate and detailed.

• Communicate with customer relations regarding missing inventory via professional emails using Outlook.

• Pick and pack orders, recording picked items accurately on picking forms, requiring good handwriting and attention to detail.

• Reconcile loaner banks outbound to customers against cycle counts, maintaining high accuracy.

• Update logs and manage internal inventory transfers with precision.

• Support all areas as a floater specialist, adaptable to various tasks.

• Experience with RF scanner and inventory management.

• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.

• Strong inventory control and receiving product skills.

• Proficient in Excel for exporting spreadsheets and navigating data.

• Experience in entering orders or inventory in ERP systems.

• Previous receiving warehouse experience.

The position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity in an expanded warehouse featuring new product lines for knees and hips. This role provides the chance to grow within a dynamic environment.

The job is located in a climate-controlled warehouse, ensuring a comfortable working environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redlands, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr.
