Humano, a third-party warehouse provider, is seeking Warehouse General Labor / Dock Workers for 1st shift positions in Redlands, CA. This role offers the opportunity for daily pay through the Daily Pay app, with a base pay of $17.00 per hour. Benefits are available, and referrals are rewarded with a bonus.

1st Shift Monday-Friday 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM. (occasional overtime during peak season)

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift at least 35-51 lbs. unassisted
• Willingness to train
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment, lifting and moving up to 50lbs continuously.
• Capacity to meet fast-paced client service and productivity standards.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
• Willingness and ability to perform manual work following instructions.

The Freight Handler role requires the ability to use hands for handling, reach, and communicate effectively. Candidates should be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally more. Essential vision abilities include close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.

Freight Handlers at Humano may encounter fumes, airborne particles, and vibration in the work environment. They may also experience hot and cold temperatures, with noise levels that can be loud. Employees are encouraged to communicate any adverse effects from these conditions to their site manager promptly.
