Job Summary

BASX Solutions is a market leader in manufacturing high‑efficiency thermal management equipment for data centers, clean rooms, and commercial & industrial HVAC systems. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. The Senior Product Manager will focus on the Data Center Airside Equipment (“Products & Solutions”) portfolio, driving products from concept to end‑of‑life with a focus on market alignment, innovation, and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Define and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer expectations and coordination of shared resources.
  • Prepare for and participate in periodic management meetings to articulate strategy and align key stakeholders with the product vision.
  • Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end‑of‑life, ensuring successful product launches and sustained market success.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for assigned product(s), managing product, application, and regulatory matters affecting the business.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, IT, operations, sales, and marketing, leading the cross‑functional team to ensure seamless coordination, successful product launches, and ongoing execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Conduct in‑depth market analysis and voice‑of‑customer discovery research to identify areas for product improvement, including feature additions and new product variants.
  • Create and maintain robust market models using internal and external data to drive incisive choices around product investments, pricing, and positioning.
  • Prepare and present business cases for product investments, identifying appropriate financial measures and KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze market‑share data, providing insights and recommendations that enhance our competitive position.
  • Own and manage product pricing, ensuring the price architecture maximizes value capture in the marketplace and software price adjustments are executed accurately and timely.
  • Support the development of sales selection software to optimize the sales process, aligning strategies with product offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling marketing collateral, brochures, technical literature, and presentations that effectively convey product value propositions.
  • Aid in developing product training materials and participate in “train‑the‑trainer” sessions to equip sales and technical managers with the knowledge to train others.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience within the HVAC industry or an equivalent combination in thermal management, HVAC, or related fields.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep technical understanding of HVAC systems and/or thermal management systems.
