Housing Works is seeking an Affordable Housing Asset Management Analyst (AHAMA): A detail-driven, mission-aligned professional who thrives at the intersection of financial analysis, strategy, and community impact.
In this key role, you will analyze the financial and operational performance of Housing Works’ property portfolio, support long-term asset stewardship, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Key Skills & Requirements- Ability to perform financial analysis, cash flow projections, operating budgets, and understand regulations and real estate documents.
- Understand the financial underwriting of the assets in the Agency’s portfolio.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet applications.
- Write and format routine business correspondence, reports, documents, manuals, and presentations.
- Analyze and resolve problems creatively; organize efficiently and prioritize tasks.
- Must have a valid Oregon driver’s license; must successfully pass drug screening and background check.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years’ experience in accounting, asset management, financial management, property management, or related fields.
