Starting annual salary before commissions is $40,000-$55,000 depending on experience and licensing.

Commissions average between $0-$3000 monthly depending on sales.

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Prior experience in a customer-facing or front-desk role is strongly preferred. Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a busy office environment with frequent interruptions, comfortable learning and adapting to new office technologies and software systems as needed.
