• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, taking dental x-rays, and applying fluoride treatments.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for dental care.
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and ensuring patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories as necessary.
• Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile working environment.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care.

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Oregon.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist.
• Proficiency in dental assisting techniques, including taking dental x-rays and using CAD software.
• Familiarity with dental office software such as Eaglesoft or Epic for patient record management.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Ability to use aseptic techniques to prevent the spread of infection.
• Experience with medical imaging equipment is a plus.
