Manufacturing Engineer, Aerospace / Aviation / Avionics
Composite Approach is a growing, AS9100 certified, contract composite manufacturer located in beautiful Central Oregon. We support a range of customers within aerospace and marine applications. We are a company that strives to maintain a culture of trust, relationships, honesty and integrity. We are a tight knit crew that values others and our families. We offer a fast‑paced working environment that encourages both personal and company growth.
We are seeking a motivated Associate Program Manager to support our Project Management team across a diverse mix of customer programs. This role is ideal for someone early in their program or project management career who is eager to learn, take on responsibility, and gain exposure to composite manufacturing in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. You will support senior Program Managers on larger programs while gradually taking ownership of smaller projects or defined work packages, with guidance and mentoring.
The role offers strong growth potential and broad exposure across customers, products, and internal teams—plus the benefit of living and working in Central Oregon.
The Associate Program Manager supports the successful execution of aerospace programs—from initial scope alignment through delivery. This is not an engineering role, but the position requires comfort working in a technical manufacturing environment and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and customer teams.
