• Provide help with activities of daily living (ADLs) including physical and emotional support, integrated healthcare recommendations and support, behavioral interventions, and communication support.
• Provide transportation for appointments and daily activities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and foster positive self-esteem.
• Provide assistance with general housekeeping and home management.

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must be a biological parent, adoptive parent, step-parent, or legal guardian of a child selected for the CEN program.
• Your child must be between 5-17 years of age.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Have a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (resources available during hiring).

Work Locations: REDMOND, MADRAS, BEND, SISTERS, PRINEVILLE, SUNRIVER, LA PINE (depending on your preference).
