• Oregon PT licensed or immediately eligible for Oregon licensure.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population and treating a fullrange of ages and diagnoses.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$95,000.00. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
