We are Regency Village at Redmond, centrally located in Redmond, OR. We are a retirement and assisted living community providing compassionate care in a nurturing environment.

The role involves assisting senior residents with daily well‑being: personal services, medication assistance, social‑recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks. You will report to the wellness director.

• Follow the resident service plan including assistance with bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition.
• Communicate problems, concerns, and issues with resident apartments, buildings, and grounds to an appropriate team member.
• Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures.
• Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelines.
• Relate and communicate with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees.
• Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home‑like environment for residents.

• Preferred: six months of experience in senior caregiving; if new to healthcare, training will be provided.
• Exude a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe demeanor.
• Compose reports in English.
