• Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check‑ins, reservations, and inquiries.
• Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing. Must be detail oriented.
• Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
• Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Skills: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem‑solving skills and independence.

• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.

Eagle Crest is a full‑service destination resort located just outside the city of Redmond on 1700 acres in the high desert of Central Oregon. Nestled against the majestic Cascade Mountains near Bend, Oregon, Eagle Crest boasts over 300 days of sunshine each year with an annual rainfall of less than nine inches. The accommodation is equipped with a satellite TV. There is also a kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher.

An oven and coffee machine are also featured. Each unit has a private bathroom with free toiletries.
