Overview
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Service Now Architect to lead the implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Service Now solutions, along with a deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes and best practices.
Base pay range$70.00/yr - $80.00/yr
Responsibilities- Lead the implementation project of Service Now ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee the technical vision and implementation of the system, manage the technical team, and ensure system integration with internal and external components.
- Manage system capacity and resource planning, ensuring effective communication between system components and external entities.
- At least 5-7 years of experience with Service Now (including administration, configuration, and implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules).
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes, specifically in implementation, migration, or integration.
- Service Now Certified Technical Architect/Master Architect
- Mid-Senior level
