Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA/Tester with hands-on experience in Service Now to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Service Now applications and other enterprise systems through rigorous testing and validation processes.

$50.00/yr - $60.00/yr

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Service Now modules and other applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, Service Now).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Validate Service Now workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in testing.

• 4+ years of experience in software testing or QA roles.
• Hands-on experience with the Service Now platform (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, or other modules).
• Familiarity with Service Now testing tools like ATF (Automated Test Framework).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
