Base pay range$60.00/yr - $70.00/yr
Position OverviewWe are looking for a talented Service Now Developer with a strong background in Service Now development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and hold certifications in Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ITAM, or ITSM, implementation. This role requires a U.S. citizen who is comfortable undergoing extensive background checks.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement Service Now applications and solutions.
- Customize and configure Service Now modules, including ITOM, and ITAM (SAM, HAM).
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Service Now scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Perform system maintenance, user administration, and configuration management.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide training, documentation, and support for Service Now applications.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Service Now development experience.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- ITOM, or ITAM, Implementation certification.
- Strong knowledge of Service Now platform capabilities and architecture.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undergo background checks.
