Position Summary:

The Foam Room Operator is a key member of a three‑person production team responsible for foaming the cores of our Traffic Doors in a manufacturing environment. This role is physical, fast‑paced, and requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. The operator will run foam presses, handle a foam gun, and follow established procedures to ensure consistent and high‑quality product output.

• Starting Pay: $23 per hour

• Operate foam presses and foam gun equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare doors for the foaming process according to production specifications.
• Monitor machinery, gauges, and material flow to ensure proper operation.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Document production data, material usage, and any equipment issues.
• Assist with routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a physical role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent 40‑hour workweek.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills.

• Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, and moving machinery.
• PPE required (training provided).
• Work performed as part of a 3‑person operational team.
