We’re recruiting on behalf of a privately backed manufacturing operation producing a proprietary chemical product used in the agricultural market located in Central Oregon. This is a leadership role at a PSM‑regulated facility with approximately 100 employees, supported by a parent organization that has steadily invested in plant expansion, people, and infrastructure.

This role is designed for a hands‑on plant leader who can raise the bar across safety, engagement, and operational execution while guiding the site through its next phase of growth.

• Lead day‑to‑day operations across production, quality, EHS, and warehousing/logistics
• Coach and develop a team of in‑plant leaders with an emphasis on accountability and consistency
• Strengthen safety culture within a PSM‑covered environment
• Drive workforce stability through practical, creative retention strategies
• Guide teams through operational and cultural change while setting clear expectations
• Identify gaps, set standards, and elevate “how good looks” across the site

• Background in a PSM‑regulated manufacturing environment (required)
• Formal education in engineering or a strong technical foundation aligned with chemical or mechanical processes
• Proven experience leading operations teams in a manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated success leading change and improving team performance
• A track record of practical problem‑solving, especially around workforce engagement and retention
• Confidence setting standards, holding teams accountable, and building trust on the floor
