• At all times ensures safety is a top priority while performing any part of the job.
• Follow instruction given by Supervisor.
• Operates machines to form parts per specifications identified on the blueprint.
• Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Changes out tooling as required to meet blueprint specifications.
• Observes machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction.
• Measures workpiece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.
• Stacks and transports finished work pieces for delivery to the next station.
• Operates machines at production level with little supervision.
• Reads and comprehends basic blueprints.
• Safely operate basic hand tools (grinders, bevel mills, drills, etc.).

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
