Quality Technical Lead - Fan Assembly (Weekend Day Shift)

Schedule:

Friday – Sunday, 5:00 am – 5:00 pm (12 % shift differential)

As a Fan Assembly Quality Technical Lead, you will inspect all incoming, in‑process, and finished equipment to ensure adherence to company standards, determine acceptance or rejection, and maintain accurate inspection records. Your responsibilities include:

• Inspect product during assembly and after completion for design workmanship defects.
• Report results to lead or supervisor for analysis and action.
• Evaluate parts or assemblies against standards by reviewing blueprints, schematics, or drawings.
• Quarantine non-conforming material and complete the non-conforming material process.
• Help design and implement methods and procedures for inspecting product quality.
• Utilize QC inspection paperwork and electronic systems to fulfill inspection and record‑keeping requirements.
• Complete reports that indicate results of inspection or condition of shipments.
