Lead - Unit Assembly (A-Shift Mon–Thurs 6am–4:30pm). The role supervises and coordinates the activities of production and operating workers—including inspectors, precision workers, machine setters, operators, assemblers, fabricators, and plant and system operators—to ensure quality production operations.

• Keep records of employees' attendance and hours worked.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment for defects or malfunctions.
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods.
• Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures or assign employee training to experienced workers.
• Make decisions and solve problems.
• Communicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates.
• Inspect equipment, structures, or material.
• Monitor processes, materials, or surroundings.
• Guide, direct, and motivate subordinates.
• Coach and develop others.
• Advise others on ways to improve processes or products.
• Confer with others to resolve production problems or equipment malfunctions.
• Enforce rules or regulations.
• Inspect production equipment.
