** Executive Manufacturing Leadership Opportunity BASX is seeking a transformational manufacturing executive to lead one of its key operations as Site Leader (Director of Manufacturing). This role is far more than manufacturing oversight. It is an opportunity to shape the future of a growing operation, influence enterprise strategy, drive large-scale operational transformation, and build the manufacturing capabilities required to support long-term business growth.
As the senior manufacturing leader for the site, you will serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership and will be responsible for aligning manufacturing strategy, operational performance, capital investment, workforce development, and technology advancement with the organization's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision and operational discipline while building a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.

** Manufacturing Transformation*** + Lead cultural and operational transformation initiatives across the facility. + Advance Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles throughout the organization. + Champion automation, smart factory technologies, and digital manufacturing capabilities. + Identify and implement breakthrough improvements that create sustainable competitive advantages.
** Executive Partnership*** + Serve as a key member of the site leadership team. + Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic business decisions. + Influence organizational direction through data-driven decision-making and operational expertise. + Provide strategic recommendations regarding investments, growth opportunities, risk mitigation, and resource allocation.
** Leadership Development*** + Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team. + Create succession plans and strengthen organizational capability. + Foster a culture focused on accountability, engagement, innovation, and results. + Attract and retain top manufacturing talent.
** Scope & Organizational Impact
** Serves as the senior manufacturing leader for BASX's Redmond operation, directing a workforce of more than 500 employees across a manufacturing footprint exceeding 300,000 square feet. Responsible for shaping manufacturing strategy, leading operational transformation, guiding capital investments, and building the organizational capabilities required to support continued growth and market leadership.
