You'll play a key part in keeping the organization running smoothly—streamlining operations, optimizing time for a senior director, and helping the team scale during a period of rapid growth.

In this role, you'll own critical administrative functions and become a trusted operational partner. Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Managing a complex, fast‑moving director‑level calendar with precision and proactive planning.
• Anticipating needs, removing roadblocks, and taking initiative to handle tasks without waiting for direction.
• Coordinating space planning across the facility, including workstation assignments, office moves, and ensuring new hires have what they need on day one.
• Handling a variety of ad‑hoc operational tasks to support the director and broader team.

• Strong, recent calendaring experience supporting senior leadership.
• Proven ability to work proactively and operate independently.
• Strong communication and organization skills in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience coordinating space management or facilities‑related tasks.
• Experience with in a technical, manufacturing, aerospace, or large‑scale operations environment.
