Administrative Coordinator

Location: Redmond, WA

Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Overview

Join our team as an Administrative Coordinator
, providing key operational and administrative support to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across multiple departments. This role plays a vital part in maintaining quality service standards, coordinating customer and internal inquiries, and supporting field-related activities through organized processes and accurate documentation.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and administrative support requests.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to documentation and information requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of administrative and customer-facing activities.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and external contacts.
  • Track and document all interactions
    , maintaining accurate and accessible records.
  • Support the resolution of issues by facilitating returns, replacements, or follow-up actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain administrative tools such as templates, checklists, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor timelines and ensure that expectations and deadlines are met or exceeded

Who You Are
  • A strong communicator with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working within defined procedures and guidelines while supporting process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in an administrative, clerical, or coordinator role.

    Skills:

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data entry, reporting, and record management.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with office operations or quality support processes is a plus.
