Pay Range: $20 - $22/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process outgoing shipments using Fed Ex and other mailing systems.
• Ensure all shipped packages are protected against damage.
• Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections.
• Apply appropriate postage and identification to outgoing mail and packages.
• Respond to production needs and assist with various mailroom tasks as required.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in a mailroom or shipping role preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Dependable, hardworking, and a self-starter with strong communication skills.
• Nice to have:
  Notary certification and/or lithium battery certification.
