Overview

TTI Washington, 11241 Willows Rd NE, Ste. 300, Redmond, WA 98052, USA, is seeking a Branch Sales Manager for the Redmond, WA location. The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Account Representatives, managing accounts, and achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the inside sales program to achieve corporate pre-tax profit, gross profit, revenue generation, operating expense control, automated inventory management, on-time delivery, and quality performance metrics.
  • Develop and direct a productive team of branch account representatives by hiring, training, leading, coaching, and performing ongoing performance management; provide training, development, and succession planning.
  • Coach inside sales personnel on value-based selling, product features/benefits, and TTI policies to prepare for sales success.
  • Ensure efficient territory management, appropriate account assignments, adequate coverage, and full potential of each account.
  • Lead regular meetings to communicate the vision of TTI and compare branch/individual results to potential to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with sales personnel and local supplier personnel to measure effectiveness of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Engage with influential branch suppliers to help achieve their and the branch’s sales goals, building a loyal supplier network for competitive advantages.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; and three years distribution experience with progression of inside and/or field sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous management experience is preferred.
What We Look For
  • Thorough knowledge of sales, purchasing, product, vendors, warehousing, branch operations, and systems.
  • Requires some travel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and teaching skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and presentations.
  • Typing speed of 40 wpm.

Compensation and Benefits

Total compensation is a combination of base salary plus incentive. Estimated base pay is $80,000 to $90,000 with total compensation targeted at $130,000 to $150,000. The final offer may vary by location, experience, and qualifications. The pay ratio between base and incentive is determined  offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k)/Roth with matching, HSA/FSA options, and other perks.
