Data Collection Technician

Our client, a leader in innovative AR/VR technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated Data Collection Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Data Collection Technician, you will be an integral part of the Product Data Operations team, supporting the development of cutting‑edge avatar technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Data Collection Technician

Onsite – Redmond, WA

3 month contract, possible extension

9 AM - 5:30 PM PST

$25/hour

• Conduct internal research studies, including sourcing participants, guiding them through procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Compile consistent reports, identify trends and issues, and provide actionable feedback to support project success.

• Recruit internal participants through various methods such as canvassing and posting.

• Support training initiatives and conduct weekly quality assurance audits to ensure continuous improvement.

• Assist with data tracking, reporting, and interpreting insights to foster ongoing learning and quality enhancement.

• Bachelor's degree in technology, behavioral science, or related fields such as psychology, statistics, or information systems.

• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving abilities.

• Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets or Excel.
