Responsibilities

Responsibilities for a Business Development Manager but are not limited to:

The team supports Industry Solutions Delivery within a professional services organization. While the larger organization develops services, this team partners with customers to enable purchased products and provide consultative support for successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Rhythm of Business Management:

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare content and stakeholder decks.
  • Coordinate with content owners prior to presentations and send timely reminders for submissions.

Business Reviews:

  • Manage weekly and monthly business reviews, ensuring accurate data validation and addressing gaps by engaging content owners.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Collaborate across multiple regions to orchestrate delivery health reviews and leadership forums.

Reporting & Process Optimization:

  • Enhance reporting (e.g., Americas Leakage Report), streamline processes, and support cross-functional initiatives.

Ad Hoc Support:

  • Handle escalations, enable strategic initiatives, and occasionally present in leadership forums.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with Rhythm of Business support.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with reviewing data in Excel and Power

    BI (preferably with experience working on finances).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with business management working directly with stakeholders.

Pay Details: $43.98 per hour
