Our client, a leading organization in the e-commerce and marketplace industry, is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Fraud and Policy to join their team. As a Technical Product Manager, Fraud and Policy, you will be part of the Risk Management Department supporting cross-functional teams dedicated to safeguarding customer trust and operational integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Define, validate, and launch fraud prevention capabilities for marketplace and e-commerce experiences. Translate fraud and abuse risks into clear product requirements, controls, and operational workflows. Collaborate with engineering, policy, risk, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful product delivery. Conduct deep analysis of country-specific fraud patterns to identify risks and control gaps prior to launch. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate controls to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or related roles. Proven experience in owning or driving product roadmaps, requirements, and feature delivery. Strong collaboration skills with engineering and cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
