Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Project and Program Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to independently drive projects, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $56/hr to $59/hr on W2

What's the Job?

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, launch timelines, and readiness checklists across multiple stakeholder groups. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on launch goals, deliverables, and operational readiness. Track and communicate program status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to leadership and partners. Support release planning, launch execution, adoption initiatives, and lifecycle management activities. Create executive-ready presentations, status reports, dashboards, and business updates to facilitate decision-making.

What's Needed?5+ years of Program or Project Management experience supporting complex technology programs. Proven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and business stakeholders. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience creating and maintaining project plans, status reporting, and executive communications. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
